The Hayner Date Stamps
To honor Hayner Distilling's postal heritage of mailing bottles direct to consumers, the top strap represents a stamp cancellation mark. We hand stamp each bottle with the date it was bottled. Our bourbon was released June 4, 2021, the day the new Hayner Distilling launched. Only 500 bottles were sold with the June 4 postmark and they quickly sold out and became collector editions.
At our distillery location, we also now offer custom dating, so you can stamp your bottle with a date that's special to you such as a wedding, birthday or anniversary.
We keep a bottle from each bottling session and record the number of bottles stamped with that date.

Friday June 4, 2021 -Hayner Bourbon
Only 500 bottles were stamped with this date and quickly sold out during our opening weekend of sales on June 4 and June 5.
The June 4th bottles were the first bottling of Hayner bourbon in over 100 years,
Saturday June 5, 2021 - Hayner Bourbon
After selling out of June 4 bottles we stayed late and bottled 1250 more bottles for June 5, 2021. Some June 5 bottles were actually filled before midnight on the 4th, but they are all stamped June 5. Some June 5 bottles are still available at the distillery.
1866 Stamp - Friday June 25, 2021 - Hayner Bourbon
Only 500 1866 stamps exist. These were sold June 25, 2021 at a private launch Hayner party. 1866 represents the year Hayner was founded.
Sunday June 13, 2021 - Hayner Bourbon
A small run of 527 June 13 bottles exist,. These bottles were mainly distributed at State liquor stores.
Sunday July 4, 2021 - Hayner Bourbon
Only 489 bottles stamped July 4, 2021 exist. They were actually bottled Friday, July 2, 2021, but we stamped July 4 to celebrate the upcoming Fourth of July holiday. These bottles were mainly distributed to state liquor stores.
Friday July 9, 2021 - Hayner Bourbon
Only 496 bottles were stamped July 9, 2021. These bottles were mainly distributed to state liquor stores.
Monday July 12, 2021 - Hayner Bourbon
510 bottles were stamped July 12, 2021. These bottles were mainly distributed to state liquor stores.
Wednesday July 14, 2021 - Hayner Bourbon
485 bottles were stamped July 14, 2021. These bottles were mainly distributed to state liquor stores.
Tuesday July 20, 2021 - Hayner Bourbon
612 bottles were stamped July 20, 2021. These bottles were mainly distributed to state liquor stores.
Thursday August 19, 2021 - Hayner Bourbon
488 bottles were stamped and bottled on August 19, 2021.
Friday August 20, 2021 - Hayner Bourbon
570 bottles were dated Friday, August 20, 2021. These bottles hold a special place as it concluded the bottling of Hayner Bourbon.
